We have taken our iconic A-47, and made it that little bit smaller. Smaller engines, lower emissions, easier to berth, but with all of the capability and force needed to get you home after a day, a week, or a month on the sea.

The A-40 offers the same design philosophy as all of the Archipelago range. We want seakeeping, safety, and practicality to be at the very heart of our vessels. The A-40 offers this all in a compact form, it is hugely capable with a long range, high top speed, excellent fuel economy, and the ability to sleep 6-8 people.

Silent, sustainable, off-grid living for fishing, diving, filming, or just relaxing

The A-40 comes with hybrid diesel-electric propulsion as standard. With it's shallow draft, and silent running, you can effortlessly cruise into a shallow bay, or marina without disturbing the local wildlife, or your train of thought.

The A-40 offers an affordable, yet incredibly capable package. The vessel can be configured to owner's requirements, with a number of cabin layouts and the ability to take equipment for a variety of commercial or semi-commercial purposes. With a reduced beam, and a length of only 12.2m the boat will also fit in most marina finger berths.
